The 2021 FordBroncoWildtrak is the most extreme factory version of the revived Bronco line-up a serious offroad machine with desert-runner capability and premium details. Built on the sturdy body-on-frame architecture, it pairs the twin-turbo 2.7litre EcoBoost V6 with a 10speed automatic transmission and full 4Ã4 hardware.
Performance & Powertrain
Under the hood you'll find the 2.7L EcoBoost V6 which delivers up to 330hp and 415lbft of torque enough to sprint this offroad beast to 60mph in under six seconds in its two-door form.
Coupled to a 10speed automatic (manual isn't available with this engine or the Sasquatch hardware) the Wildtrak sends power through Fords Advanced 4Ã4 system with on-demand engagement and a two-speed transfer case.
Sasquatch Package Standard on the Wildtrak
The Sasquatch Package is not an optional addon here it comes standard on the Wildtrak model and really elevates its offroad credentials. Key elements include:
17inch bead-lock-capable black aluminum wheels wrapped in 35inch LT315/70R17 mud-terrain tires.
Electronic-locking front and rear differentials for maximum traction in extreme terrain.
A shortened final drive ratio of 4.7:1 for stronger low speed grunt and offroad performance.
High clearance suspension with position sensitive Bilstein shocks (giving improved damping over rough terrain) and high clearance fender flares to accommodate the large tires and widened track.
Terrain Management System with seven G.O.A.T. (GoOverAnyTerrain) modes including Baja, Rock Crawl, Sand, etc.
Together, these features position the Wildtrak as a true overlanding and desert running machine aggressive in stance, uncompromising in capability.
Interior & Features
Inside, the Wildtrak balances ruggedness with refinement. You get advanced infotainment with an 8inch touchscreen (upgradeable to 12inch) supporting wireless AppleCarPlay and AndroidAuto, Amazon Alexa compatibility, and an intuitive layout inspired by the original Bronco cockpit.
Heated front row seats, intelligent access with pushbutton start, remote start and modern driver assists are available. On the Wildtrak, the roof and doors can be removed for an open air experience ideal for camping, overlanding or trail driving.

Practical Use & Daily Considerations
While the Wildtrak excels offroad, there are tradeoffs for daily driving. The massive 35inch mud terrain tires contribute to noisier highway driving and can slightly affect fuel economy, typically around the high teens (city) and low 20s (highway) due to the gearing and tire size.
Ground clearance is greatly enhanced with the Sasquatch setup the 2door version boasts up to ~11.6 inches of clearance and approach/departure angles that outperform many competitors.
Why Choose the Wildtrak with Sasquatch?
If you seek an SUV that can handle serious offroad adventures from desert stages to forest trails, while still providing a refined cabin for daily life the 2021 Wildtrak with the Sasquatch Package delivers. It isn't merely rugged; its the top tier factory Bronco built for unequalled terrain conquest straight out of the gate.
